Children's Ministry

At our Sunday school, we use the Christ Light Curriculum, which is an interactive way to teach kids about the Bible. It takes kids through stories from the Old and New Testaments over a timespan of two years, sothey get a good sense of God’s Word and how Jesus fits into it all.

The lessons are made for their age, with things like memory verses to help them remember what they learn. We also have music lessons where they sing Christian songs and hymns, which ties into the stories. Plus, there are activities—crafts, games, that kind of thing—to make it fun and help them see how faith connects to their lives. It’s a laid-back time where kids can grow and explore what they believe.
